Taking Hebei General Hospital as an example,the paper carries out sample comparison on the overall quality of final operation medical records before and after the implementation of step-by-step quality control,analyzes the defects of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the causes of them during perioperative period,and expatiates on the necessity of step-by-step quality control of EMR,the setting of specific quality control points and its advantages.
